We use a combination of Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), DBT, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic & Attachment Therapy to help you understand underlying reasons for your behavior, give you tangible skills needed to repair unwanted thoughts and behaviors, and find viable options for reconnecting to yourself and those you love. These approaches will help you to improve relationships, intimacy, improve your coping, decreased shame, resolve trauma, and heal compulsive behaviors that no longer serve you.
